We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount, which will be highlighted during checkout. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply, depending on the destination and the size of the order. If you need expedited shipping, we’ve got you covered with additional options available at checkout for an added cost. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Pet Fine Dining cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.

At this time, we do not ship internationally but are working towards expanding our services in the near future. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package.
